Delivery Policy
We offer two delivery times for our homemade meal delivery service: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm and 6:00 - 7:00 pm. We strive to deliver your meals on time, every time, and will make every effort to notify you in advance of any unforeseen delays or issues. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery during your chosen delivery window. If no one is available, we will leave your meals in a safe and secure location, and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Refund policy
We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our homemade meals, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your meal, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will do everything we can to make it right, including providing a replacement meal. Please note that we reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence of any issues with your meal, and we may require you to return the meal to us for further examination. Our commitment is to treat you like family, we will do our best to ensure you are enjoying our meals as much as we are.
